Chlamydia Testing For Young People

We are providing free anonymous self testing at the surgery for young people. Patients can come and pick up a kit without an appointment and we will post it off for you. Testing is done by yourself and is really easy for gents (urine sample) and ladies (choice of urine sample or genital swab)

Please note that results come straight back to you via SMS and do not go onto your medical record unless you make a request. Please take a kit form reception
