• Smear tests- for further information or if you unsure about the procedure please go to https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/cervical-screening/further-help-and-support/. If you wish to opt out of smear tests please ensure you have understood the implications and sign and the NHS disclaimer form and send to the practice and visit the self optout link to NHS England. The form is available here. You can opt back into screening at any time

• Flu & Pneumococcal Vaccinations - Please scroll down further for more information : for those aged 65 or above and those at risk groups of other diseases.
• Travel Vaccinations – these are required several weeks before you travel for maximum protection. Please plan ahead and phone for what fees may be involved. Further information can be found on the above tab.
