Have Your Say

Welcome to Larkshall Medical Centre

LMC

NOTICE 23.02.2021:

2 of our phone lines are down. We have reported the fault to BT and hope to have normal service resume as soon as possible. We apologise if you experience delay in getting through to the surgery.

COVID VACCINATIONS

COVID Vaccinations for our patients are not being done at our surgery. There is a collaborative effort with other practices and our allocated vaccine administration site is Forest Medical Centre in Walthamstow. Currently the logistics of the vaccine storage and delivery makes vaccination at our surgery for our patients not possible but hopefully this will change.

Different patient groups are being prioritised. We have been sending our SMS text messages with direct booking facility to our patients for vaccination.

We are here to help if the technicalities of booking prove difficult. If you do not have a mobile phone we will endeavour to contact you or you may wish to call reception and we can assist with booking an appointment.

Currently only 1st vaccinations doses are being booked but this is all subject to change.

Further roll out will be decided by pace of uptake.

Following recent queries please also note that you cannot chose which vaccine you have.

If you are over 64 you can also book your vaccination at alternative venues (Excel, Westfield, pharmacies in North London etc.) via the NHS website:  BOOK HERE

Flu Clinic in COVID times: October 2020

Flu day one

NHS encourages all patients over 50 and those patients with health conditions to have the flu vaccine. This must be  done more than 7 days before the COVID vaccine.

If you have not had yours please come to surgery any day 9-12pm so you are up to date.

 We will facilitate you.

While you are here we might suggest other interventions in a "one stop shop" catch up opportunity; BP measurement, shingle vaccine, pneumonia vaccine, blood forms.

Online Services & eConsults

Please arrange for prescription requests to be done online. Please click on Appointments tab to login or register for your account or please ask our receptionists for details.

We also provide online consultations: eConsult provides medical advice at the clik of a button.

Here you can learn more about your condition and contact your GP via an online form. This will allow the GP to decide on the most appropriate treatment options for you and you will receive a response by the end of the next working day. You can also request test results and extensions to fit notes.
